Runway of Hope took place on Sunday, 30 June 2019 at Montecassino Woodbridge/Vaughan, after almost 9 months of planning. It was a great success. Together, we have raised enough funds to build not 1, not 2 but 3 playgrounds through Million Dollar Smiles!
The event was realized solely by happy volunteers, and attended by kind-hearted audience. It was the Runway where all models were smiling, so pleased to have the opportunity to give back to our community.
The young talents were joined by the SuperModel Canada 2019 winners Azra Sljivar and Tyler LiBoiron, and 2 Very Special Guests From Million Dollar Smiles, Jamielee Kellar and Matteo Fiamengo.
Juno-nominated signers Girl Pow-R, recording artists Rhyan Douglas and Julia Middleton, together with “Cinderella” of Princess Parties Toronto helped add special touches to our event, with their music and appearance.
Our hosts – YouTube and Tik Tok superstars Samantha and Madeleine Caleon, famed fashion director and Tv personality Peter Papapetrou, and Miss TeenGlobe Américas Mahta Gharaei were just perfect.
Our event was attended by many VIP guests, including Director on Editorial Board of Spencer Magazine Joseph Edward Schur, Wanda Ryan, Rose Marie Bresolin, and Jonathan Levy, the legendary Joey Cee, Mattel’s Lisa Perry, Author and Motivational Speaker Tania Kolar, Toronto blogger Julia Suppa, and SuperModel Canada Founder/Director and Miss Universe Canada 2008 Samantha Tajik.
